This alfresco winery dinner begins in Bacchus courtyard with a socially distant reception featuring the Jordan Cuvée by Champagne AR Lenoble\, followed by five inventive courses by Executive Chef Todd Knoll and the Jordan culinary staff—each prepared with a distinct live-fire cooking tool and technique. Grills\, ovens and smokers used to create the meal will be situated around the terrace\, allowing guests to explore the sights and scents of these distinctively different methods. The evening’s menu will blend classic and modernist cooking and showcase the bountiful ingredients from our garden and local farms—all paired with multiple vintages of Jordan Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon. DESCRIPTION:  \n \n  \nHealdsburg’s Tuesday Farmer’s Market\nHealdsburg’s Farmer’s Market features a wide variety of fruits and vegetables\, flowers\, cheeses\, honey\, olive oil\, bread\, wild fish\, pasture-finished meats\, and fresh eggs\, among many other farm fresh produce and goodies! The market celebrates our agricultural heritage in this beautiful area. We also have delicious cooked food\, packaged food products and beautiful handmade crafts from locals. \nThe market has several special events just for fun (be sure and check our Community Calendar)\, and to raise awareness of our community’s wonderful seasonal produce. Be sure to market your calendar for our hilarious Zucchini races\, the great Pumpkin Festival carving contests\, and other kid friendly and family fun events! Cooking demos\, live music and more is always happening as our season progresses. We want to thank all our wonderful Healdsburg residents who come visit us so often\, and welcome those of you from out-of-town or who are on vacation or here on business.
