DESCRIPTION:  \n \n  \nLos Pinguos Live at Heladsburg’s Tuesday Night Concerts\nLos Pinguos came to the United States from Buenos Aires\, Argentina\, with a mixture of Latin rhythms\, reggae\, rumba flamenca and rock. The sound of the band has claimed fans worldwide. The story began in 1999 when Adrián Buono\, Enzo Buono\, José Agote\, Juan Manzur and Juan Manuel Leguizamón (later joined by bassist Santiago Lee) formed the band. In early 2001\, Los Pinguos arrived in the City of Los Angeles and began playing on the street (3rd Street Promenade in Santa Monica) and local bars. Shortly\, they participated in a new television show\, “The Next Big Star\,” hosted and produced by Ed McMahon from “Star Search.” Los Pinguos won the contest and received the Grand Prize. Los Pinguos have appeared on three of the famous Putumayo World Music compilation albums\, Baila!\, Radio Latino and World Party. Just days later\, Adam Lieb acquired his first Gibson Les Paul guitar and began a life-long journey to play and write music with passion\, energy and soul. The accomplished singer-songwriter-guitarist lives in San Francisco’s North Bay where he performs\, records and teaches. \nEarly in his career\, Adam honed his craft as an original member of Robert Fripp’s League of Crafty Guitarists. He joined Fripp\, founding member of progressive rock band King Crimson\, and had the unique opportunity to work with the quirky British maestro\, to tour and record throughout Britain\, Europe and in the Middle East\, culminating with recording sessions at Abbey Road Studio in London. (Thank You Folks!!!) \n  \n\n  \nHelpful Tips: You’ll want to bring along a jacket\, some chairs or a blanket\, something to sip on\, and maybe a flashlight. Then simply ‘follow the huge crowd’ headed towards Healdsburg High School. Seating is all around the block\, and the display is fired-off over the football field\, so wherever you are\, you’ll have a good view. \nBe sure to be respectful of our neighbors\, as many have private parties on their lawns (that may be mistaken for open seating). Ask before you sit on someone’s lawn\, and be sure not to block anyone’s driveway if you drive. If you have a large crowd or someone with special needs\, you may want to chauffeur folks up to the event\, then park nearby\, walk over and join them. \n  \nFor Kids – if you have little ones\, be sure to drop by the Dollar Tree Store and pick up some glow-in-the-dark bracelets and necklaces. Little ones love wearing them (and you can easily spot them in a crowd). \n\nRemember For Everyone’s Safety NO Personal fireworks are allowed! This wonderful kid’s event continues to be a major attraction for Healdsburg community to celebrate the founding of our nation.  There will be live music and activities for all including; games\, races\, face painting\, and special guest appearances from Uncle Sam\, and live bands! \nDress up your cars or bikes and your kids in festive 4th of July attire and join us at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday\, July 4th at the Healdsburg Community Center where the City’s fire and police departments and Sunrise Rotary will welcome Healdsburg’s youth for a drive-through July 4th goodie bag pickup. Youngsters are encouraged to dress in costume; arrive on bikes\, tri-cycles and wagons adorned with red\, white and blue decorations. \n▶️  Click here to see what it was like last year! \nThroughout the day enjoy Duck Dash Races organized and promoted by Healdsburg Sunrise Rotary.
