The Sbragia family migrated to Northern California in 1904 from Tuscany Italy. The began farming in the Dry Creek Valley, which at that time mostly produced prunes and similar crops. In the early 1950s they began planting their fields as a Zinfandel vineyard. Originally, they began selling their grapes to other winemakers. However, as the generations passed, they began producing their own wines, which started in 2006.
The current owner, Ed Sbragia, and his wife now run the vineyard and produce grapes in Napa County and Sonoma County. They are raising their family to follow in the footsteps of all the generations which proceeded them, and invite you to come taste the fine wines their family is producing.
Sbragia has a very modern feel to its architecture, and very nice views. It also has a separate event room.
