From that moment\, she worked ardently to illustrate the beauty of each subject in her work. “No detail is ever too small to include – a bug eaten leaf\, small hairs on a rose stem\, vein patterns in a leaf – all contribute to the botanical’s character\, spirit and individuality\,” stated the artist. She notes further that it takes weeks to months to complete a piece\, but she doesn’t stop until she feels she has done her best to showcase the beautiful intricacies of the subject.
