Fueled by a strong desire to grow only the finest grapes in all of Sonoma County, and produce the most delicious and memorable wines from them, the Comstocks (Robert and Sandy) started working their Sonoma vineyard with that aim in 2002.

After a few years the Comstocks decided that the hidden value in a vineyard lay in developing a boutique winery. After finding an exceptional vineyard with over fifteen acres, the two began growing and developing their vineyard’s grapes in the Dry Creek Valley.

Their winery opened its doors to the public in August 2015, and features Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Viognier and Chardonnay. The Comstocks realize that the final step in any wine’s process, is the approval of its taster.

Comstock has a nice high-ceilinged tasting room, and a quaint small patio in back. The location is quiet.
