Learn How To Play Frisbee Disc Golf

Did you know that Sonoma County Regional Parks has two disc golf courses? Have you wanted to play but don’t know how to start? Learn how to disc golf in a relaxed setting along with other beginners before taking your game to the course at Crane Creek or Taylor Mountain. Before the program, we’ll share a link to a video so you can get familiar with the rules of the game and basic throwing and grip techniques. We’ll provide the discs and baskets for practice.
