Michela Marino Lerman Quartet: Tapping into Coltrane

This is one of those late-night jazz shows that feels like you’re catching something special in a small room before everyone else talks about it. Tap, Coltrane, and a 9:30 PM start is a pretty strong clue that it’s not a background-music night. This is a June 18 Healdsburg Jazz Festival performance at Elephant in the Room featuring Michela Marino Lerman Quartet in Giant Steps: Tapping Into Coltrane at 9:30 PM. Lerman, the 2026 Healdsburg Jazz Rising Star Artist in Residence, presents a tribute to John Coltrane with her quartet. HiH Hint: Elephant in the Room is a 21+ pub with an outdoor stage and casual beer-garden feel, so dress for an outdoor late set and expect a lively, standing-room kind of vibe.
