Convene + Caviar

This is the kind of little luxury that doesn’t need a long speech: good wine, caviar, and a reason to slow down for an hour. It’s polished but still relaxed. This is Convene + Caviar Apéro Hour at Convene by Dan Kosta, held on first Fridays from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Guests can enjoy Convene Chardonnay or Pinot Noir with Tsar Nicoulai caviar, potato chips, Bellwether Farms crème fraîche, chives, and light bites inspired by the French apéro tradition. HiH Hint: Convene sits inside Bacchus Landing, where weekend and event traffic can build across the tasting rooms, so reserve ahead and don’t assume walk-in caviar is a sure thing.
