Join the Aldina Vineyards family as we celebrate our 2022 Spring Wine Releases. Winemaker, Belen Ceja, and chef, Tomas Guzman, will be hosting a food and wine pairing, featuring our newly released wines.

Exclusive pairing stations include:

• 2021 Rosé of Cabernet Sauvignon paired with jicama salad with pomegranate vinaigrette.
• 2021 Chardonnay paired with parmesan risotto and roasted mushrooms
• 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon paired with braised short rib and mashed potatoes
