Super Diamond – Tuesday Plaza Concerts

Super Diamond is here to completely shatter the stereotype Neil Diamond tribute bands. Formed in San Francisco in 1993, this powerhouse group has spent over three decades transcending the “cover band” label by delivering a high-octane, arena-grade rock show. Led by the uncanny vocal styling of Randy Cordeiro (affectionately known as “The Surreal Neil”), the band treats Neil Diamond’s legendary catalog with deep respect—but adds a distinctive, contemporary edge. Rather than offering a sterile, note-for-note copy, Super Diamond infuses classics like “Sweet Caroline,” “Cherry, Cherry,” and “Forever in Blue Jeans” with heavier guitars and subtle nods to classic rock icons like Zeppelin and AC/DC.

HiH Hint: You can reserve your spot by setting out chairs after 4pm. Bring a jacket and a hat, because once the sun ducks behind the buildings along Healdsburg Avenue the temperature drops faster than a rap artist’s mic. Oh yeah, ear plugs may be handy to have around. Food is always nearby. Clean bathrooms are a half-block away at the Healdsburg Police Department (238 Center Street), and if you have trouble finding it just cause a ruckus and nice police officers will personally escort you there.
