Graphic Novel and Comic Book Creation Class
An event every week that begins at 3:30 PM on Wednesday, repeating until December 8, 2021

Graphic Novel and Comic Book Creation Class at Healdsburg Center For The Arts
In this 6-week series (Part 2), students will learn about the tradition of sequential art – or storytelling with pictures and words – used in classic American comics, manga, and contemporary graphic novels. Comic books and graphic novels weave rich, lively visuals with a limited amount of text to drive the narrative. Students will be inspired to create their own character(s) and story plot as they explore techniques in cartoon and perspective drawing, character design, cover art, and storyboarding. This is a fun, creative, and productive class for all levels of drawing skills.
