Walt Winery
WALT Wines is owned by Craig and Kathryn Hall. They produce Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines from their vineyards located near the Pacific Coast. They take an approach with a focus on the exact process and minimal intervention in winemaking and allow the integrity of the wine to speak for itself. Each wine they produce uniquely represents the vineyards and fruit selection that are specifically chosen to generate that exact wine. Their tasting room was designed to exemplify, “the warmth of the wine country home with the inspiration of an art gallery.”
There’s an elegant back patio adjoined to the tasting room which is well shaded and most enjoyable. It is very comfortable with a casual upscale feel.
Walt Winery and BACA are essentially one and the same winery.
