Copain Winery
Overlooking the Russian River Valley, Copain focuses on Pinot Noir, Syrah, and Chardonnay. Having been founded in 1999, Copain means “friend” or “buddy” in French. Their philosophy is that life’s most joyous occasions are enhanced by the quality of the wine one enjoys during those experiences. Delivering wines inspired by France’s Rhône Valley wine region results in the signature elegant style of Copain wines. Tastings are by reservation only at the gated estate.
Copain provides very nice wooden lounge chairs with a view in their country contemporary style setting. The views overlook sprawling vineyards accented by the boundary of forest trees in the background.
