There’s an extremely rare variety of coffee bean which is so desirable, Arab countries have purchased all international rights to its supply.
However coffee artisan Jon Bixler of Bella Rosa has formulated a custom roasting process which combines only the natural blending of two different beans (with no artificial meddling), which in his skillful hands replicates exactly this rarest of rich coffee savors.
When we first moved here, we were served some of his “Morning Star”, inquired about this amazing light and near caramelly tasting delicacy, and were directed to his roasting hideout.
Congenial and genuine, we instantly felt a fondness for Jon and his family as he took us on a tour and showed us the nuances of his custom roasting approach. He even has a spout from which he can sample a smidge of his masterful blend as it’s being roasted, in order to assure he brings his subtle process to its peak at just the right moment when creating this one-of-a-kind coffee.
If you’re a coffee lover, this elixir is one Healdsburg gem you can always bring home with you… one your friends will love.
