Pasterick Winery
Established in 1998, the owners remodeled the 1913 farmhouse, with its large porch and wine cellar. In 2007 a wine cave was dug into the granite hillside. They added an orchard, picnic area, and chairs. With a total of 17 acres, 6 acres were planted in Syrah and additional acreage was planted in Spanish and Italian olive trees.
The vineyard also has an orchard and an enclosed flower and vegetable garden. It is also surrounded by majestic redwood trees and seasonal waterfalls. They produce Syrah, Rosé, and Viognier wines.
