Established more than 45 years ago, Twomey Cellars feels that every year is better than the last. They are driven by experience, their philosophy, and a sense of curiosity which helps them explore the vast reaches of the fruit that their vineyards produce. The ability to produce complex layered wines is rare in their view, and they feel as though their vineyard contains that ability.
The feel of the proximity to ocean breezes, as well as the sun, soil, and climate come together in the proper balance to produce the greatest fruit and the best wines. They believe that wine should simply be delicious, and the greatest compliment to a wine is the taster’s desire to have another sip.
