Yoakim Bridge Winery
Using an ancient Italian process, which does not supplement the vines’ need for water or nutrients through irrigation, produces grapes of great flavor and intensity. This small vineyard and winery is owned and managed by two college friends from San Francisco. Their approach to wine is to achieve the highest level of traditional respect for the land, the grapes, the process and the wine itself.
