Single Thread, with its modern, upscale ambiance, is Healdsburg’s only Michelin Three Star restaurant. Their open kitchen specializes exclusively in organic, farm to table cuisine with an Asian flair. Fare involves a seven-course meal and is $400 per person. Casually smart to cocktail attire.
They are open from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM Sundays, Mondays and Wednesdays through Friday. On Saturdays they are open from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM for lunch, and from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM for dinner. They are located at 131 North Street in Healdsburg.
